What is the nutritious diet of Ald patients

Hellp. I'm An.I'm from Vietnam. I have a little brother who was diagnosed with ALD after a traumatic brain injury. In my country it almost doesn't have any facilities or knowledges of this desease, and i don't know what to do, the doctors also don't give any advices for my brothers, they just say there isn't any trement for this desease. I need help. could anyone give me some telling about the diet, how can i take care of my brothers, should i bring him to france or america,...thank you very much.

Hello, Binh. First of all, your English is just fine -- it's clear that you are very concerned about your little brother, and that you want to do the best that you can for him.

I am not a regular member of this board (I work in the larger Ben's Friends organization) and I am sure that a someone who can help with your specific ALD questions will answer your post soon.
